Verizon FanFest Terms and Conditions

Attendees must be eighteen (18) or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Must be twenty-one (21) or over to drink alcoholic beverages. By claiming a Local Pass / Super Bowl Fan Fest ticket (defined below), you agree to abide by any venue health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but are not limited to: wearing masks, completing a health survey and/or temperature check, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from, or relating in any way to, the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness - including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted - and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against Verizon (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and any Local Pass / Super Bowl Fan Fest ticket and / or related services or venue providers relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.

Local Passes / Super Bowl Fan Fest Tickets:  Local Passes are rewards, limited in quantity, for certain entertainment and sporting events located around the country and are available only to Verizon Mobile post-paid consumer customers through myAccess on a first come, first served basis. For purposes of this event, “Local Passes” are the same as the Super Bowl Fan Fest tickets available to eligible Fios Home Internet only accounts and Verizon Business accounts (including mobile post-paid, fixed wireless internet and Fios) and shall be referred to interchangeably as “tickets”. All Verizon Mobile account users, including enrolled line members (as applicable), are eligible to claim Local Passes as long as they meet eligibility requirements. However, only one set of tickets can be claimed per single or multiple Verizon account(s) (e.g., one set of tickets per joint Mobile and Fios account households).  Tickets have no cash value or equivalent, and may not be exchanged, transferred, resold, or substituted for cash, merchandise or services. By claiming  tickets, you agree that we may share your [(and your guest's)] contact information with the partner(s) providing the tickets and / or related services, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, and email address. If, after claiming the tickets, the tickets become unavailable, Verizon, in our sole discretion, may substitute tickets of similar or greater value. Event date and times, and seating, are determined at our sole discretion and are subject to change. If you or your guest(s) cannot attend on the specified event date, the ticket is forfeited. We are not liable for replacing any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, or event passes. If the event, or any events in connection with it, do not take place as scheduled, or are canceled for any reason, including due to Acts of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, and floods), acts of terrorism, civic disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster, that portion of the ticket will not be offered and no additional substitution or compensation will be provided.  We reserve the right to cancel tickets in our sole discretion, if the venue requires us to reduce an allocation or if we have over-allocated the event due to human error. Any applicable federal, state and/or local income and other taxes on the tickets are your sole responsibility. You and your guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable terms, rules and regulations including, but not limited to, venue regulations, Local Pass terms and conditions, and any other terms and conditions associated with the event. We and the venue reserve the right to deny entry to, or remove, you and your guest(s) from the venue if you or your guest(s) engage in disruptive behavior, with no further compensation or liability of any kind to you or your guest(s) (as applicable). Neither we nor the venue shall have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death in connection with any ticket and/or any person's participation in the event or related events.

Use of the tickets and/or attendance at the event and related events constitutes your permission for us and our agencies to use your or your guest's name(s), comments and/or likenesses and photos in advertisements and social media for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation to you or your guest(s), unless prohibited by law. You and your guest(s) agree to confirm such permission in writing at our request without compensation.

By providing access to this event, Verizon does not intend to make a "gift" or provide "income" to any public official or employee, as those terms are defined under federal, state, or local gift and ethics laws, nor does it intend to influence any federal, state, or local legislative or administrative action, including any pending or future procurement decisions by any federal, state, or local government.
